Kayak & SUP Instructor Position

Now Hiring: Kayak & Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Instructor
Location: Mission Bay, San Diego

Pay: $18.00-20.00/hr

 

Are you passionate about the water and love sharing your skills with others? Aqua Adventures is looking for an enthusiastic, responsible, and friendly individual to join our team as a Kayak and SUP Instructor!

 

What You’ll Do:

Lead private and group kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding lessons
Instruct guests of all ages and skill levels with patience and clarity
Guide large group events and corporate outings with confidence
Promote water safety and ensure all guests feel comfortable and supported
Maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere for everyone on the water

Qualifications:

Experience teaching or guiding kayaking and/or SUP (both preferred)
Confident leading groups and managing different learning styles
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
Friendly, professional, and safety-conscious
Must be available on weekends and during peak seasons
