FireworksWe'll take you on a kayak tour of Mission Bay under the stars, and then...BOOM, BANG, BOOM...the fireworks displays starts. We'll get to see several shows from a distance with the grand finale being our front row seats to the Sea World show! Our front row seats are an exciting place to be! Afterwards, as we paddle leisurely back to the docks, we may get to see some California sea lions, shore birds, and the bioluminesence--an underwater fireworks show courtesy of Mother Nature.

This is a great tour for the whole family and no experience is necessary.  Expect to be driving home at about 10:30pm.  In addition to our "what to bring" list (see sidebar), we suggest bringing towels or small fleece "throws", especially if you have kids - it lets them wrap up and be cozy!

BACK FOR 2016 by popular demand: Your reservation includes a picnic dinner beforehand (5:30-6:30pm: burgers, veggie burgers, potato salad, chips, water or soda).  Sorry, no discounts if you choose not to join us for food.

Check out our Fourth of July rental package and make a day of it!

Flashlights are a Coast Guard requirement after dark, so bring one. You can purchase them here if you forget. If you have never kayaked before, we suggest you take one of our lessons. Please wear synthetic clothing like nylon, fleece, or polypropylene ( Jeans are not allowed. ) and bring a windbreaker (available to rent from Aqua Adventures for $5).

Starting Time: 7:30 p.m.  Latest check-in is 7:00pm, but we HIGHLY reccommend an early check-in and giving yourself plenty of time to find parking!  There are large lots across the street, but on July 4th, there's lots of traffic.  Make it easy - come early and enjoy the beach for the day!

Duration: 3.5 hours

Prices: $50/single kayak, $100/tandem kayak.  Do you want to join us with your own kayak?  It's just $30/kayak!

Our tour and lesson prices INCLUDE a 10% fee collected by the City of San Diego to maintain and improve Mission Bay Park.
