Morning Paddle

kayaker at dawn on Mission Bay in San Diego, CA from Aqua Adventures Kayak Center tour For the early bird kayakers out there, we host social exercise paddles at Aqua Adventures Kayak Center on Mission Bay. This is a great way to get out kayaking on a regular basis, get a great workout before work, and meet other paddlers. The bay is beautiful and so very peaceful at this hour! These paddles are FREE if you provide your own kayak and gear, or just $15 for kayak rental.

Please meet at about 30 minutes early so we can be on the water at 7am, sharp! Late-comers will find no one around and everything locked up! We'll paddle for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Not for beginners! We suggest you take one of our lessons and join a few Thursday evening paddles, or rent on your own before joining this group. Please wear synthetic clothing like nylon, fleece, or polypropylene and bring a windbreaker.
